03Payments and Refunds
Fees for Klick LLC guidance services are non-refundable once the service has begun (e.g., after the first consultation or form completion).
The applicant is responsible for direct payments to third parties (SEVIS fees, MRV fees, airfare, and accommodation).
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
